Social Media Governance at Capgemini UK plc

We were very fortunate to receive an invitation by Michelle Perkins / Capgemini UK / London, Director Schools Outreach Programme to attend a Seminar on the Social Media Governance at Capgemini UK plc, a global leader in consulting, technology, outsourcing, and local professional services.
With around 120,000 people in 40 countries, Capgemini is one of the world's foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services.

The speakers at the Seminar brought a very different perspectives on the notion of social media governance reflecting, perhaps, the many varied challenges and opportunities that are being faced daily. The way business is conducted, customers communicating with each other or knowledge shared is changing.
We have permission by Capgemini to use the recordings and slide presentations giving perspectives on social media by the different presenters:

Ben Page (CEO, Ipsos Mori)
Lee Bryant (MD Europe, Dachis Group)
Nina Barakzai (EMEA Privacy Counsel, Dell)
William Long (Counsel, Sidley Austin)
Windahl Finnigan (Head of User Experience & Creative, Capgemini)

Please watch the slide presentation while listening to the recording of the speakers.

Ipsos Mori Sidley Austin This was an amazing day for us, we were able to learn how large business organisations use social media to communicate with other business organisations and the public at large all over the world. The seminar was quite an eye opener with regards to data protection, and getting ideas on how schools can adopt some of the initiatives to further enhance the learning experience of us the students.
