The Global Virtual Classroom (GVC) is a collection of free, online educational activities and resources. It aims to complement the efforts of governments and educators around the world to integrate technology into their classrooms and curricula and to link their schools to the Internet in educationally productive ways. The GVC vision is to empower, enable and connect students around the world using Internet technology. It provides students with a stimulating, positive and enjoyable environment along with the opportunity to develop skills that are essential in the 21st century: cross-cultural communication, collaboration through teamwork, information technology and website design.

Apart from ten general purpose classrooms (10x54m2) in which classes are held every day, the school has on its disposal special practicum classrooms such as: tailor practicum, pedicure practicum, upholstery practicum, hairdresser practicum, catering practicum, in addition to foreign language department classrooms (English, German, French), a gym, a library and a computer lab.
Student newspaper (Arms) is run by students, covers local and primarily school news, i.e. themes and topics that are important to trade school students.

Located in the prime location of C-1, Janakpuri is the eye-catching red coloured building of St. Mark's Senior Secondary Public School, Janakpuri. Standing tall for about 35 years, it has become a landmark of the area. The school follows the CBSE pattern. The school building houses a well equipped library catering to the needs of both students and teachers. The 4 computer centers have over 50 computers where in the students of classes I to XII are provided computer education.
