What is meditation?

Whatever you do that is free from distraction of the mind is meditation.


Meditation Benefits:

Meditation is known known as a spiritual practice, you can also gain a lot of health benefits from it. It increases relaxation, decreases muscle tightness, cure migraines or headaches and many more. People that meditate have been known for being calm and good with decisions.

History of Meditation:

Evidence has been found in Indian artifacts of the history of meditation called, Tantra, which speak of practices that date back to 5000 years. It possible that hunting and gathering villages may have been the ones that discovered meditation and its many states of consciousness by gazing into their fires.
