History

Volleyball was invented in 1895 as a pastime by an American named William G. Morgan. It was originally called "Mintonette", but the name was changed to "volleyball" by next year. Morgan's game soon became popular around the world. The Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (or the "International Volleyball Federation") was formed in 1946. Volleyball was first introduced in the 1964 Tokyo Olympics.

Equipment Required

A Japanese team that won this Olympic then, they called the witch in the Orient. Japanese. Original nine people play volleyball, there are nine people on a team in volleyball in Japan. It is very famous and familiar. When volleyball was introduced to Japan, the rule had not been decided. So they played the game by 16 people. 16 people at last, 9 people played. and it has spread. But in the world, 6 people played spread and decided Olympic game. Now, 9 people played volleyball is called to "mamasann volley" that is familiar by parents.
